"These new owners are way out of their lane. They seem like they have no idea how to cook anything ESPECIALLY pizza. How you gonna buy a pizzeria, then not know how to cook pizza?? Been going there since I was 5 years old and it’s a shame what it has become. The food used to be affordable and delicious, now it’s truly gross. Chicken is different, pizza is horrible, prices are way higher. Really wish the old owners didn’t sell!"

"Yeah… what happened to utopia? I guess new owners? They are rude they walk right past you. No hello, no excuse me, what’s that about? Was expecting a 5 or so minute wait for a breakfast sandwich. That turned into a 20 minute wait. (I was the only one getting food). Then your food is being prepared by people wearing no gloves at all. Just handling your food with their bare hands. Yeah not going there anymore. It’s a shame to because it’s the only close store / quick food spot if you live up the mountain."
